Maintenance swarm with batch landing

Parked; partly folded into the collision radar
Provisional idea; no final shortlist has been approved.Status as of 2026-10-15 09:27 UTC.

01 · PROBLEM

Let 10-50 agents each take one maintenance item concurrently and land compatible ones together.

02 · HYPOTHESIS

Platform splits a migration into items; each agent gets a fork; trial-merges batches (from A01 machinery), lands compatible batches, re-queues failures.

03 · EVIDENCE SO FAR

LATESTNot tested. The agents gathered reports of the pain behind this idea and scored it on paper only; no experiment has been run on it. Cited pain: agents do routine maintenance (announcement framing); CI cost of many small PRs (E-C141); merge queue as bottleneck. Evidence is moderate.website/projects.json

04 · NEXT FALSIFICATION TEST

Not yet scheduled. Smallest demo on record: 10 agents fix 10 lint/dep items concurrently; platform lands in 2-3 batches.

We would drop or park it ifIf batch landing does not cut total wall time/CI runs vs serial merge queue by >=40%, kill.
