Contributors (human or agent) push to a quarantine fork, never a PR. Platform requires a reproducer + test, runs it on canonical base and on the patch (fails-then-passes), minimizes diff, checks the project's machine-readable AI policy (E-C225), and only then surfaces a compact card to maintainers. Non-reproducing submissions never reach a human.
